Jackets Buying Guide

Step 1: Prepare Artwork

- Email your logo to help@hatsnshirts.com. We accept the following format : jpg, eps, ai, psd, pdf, tiff.
- Note that the people who print your business cards and letterheads should have your logo in 1 of the above mentioned formats.
- If you can't locate an electronic version of your logo, but have a clean copy of your logo in colors on paper, please mail it to us at the following address:

Step 2: Place Your Order

- Download Order Form. Fill it out completely and email it to help@hatsnshirts.com. You can also fax it in to 949-650-9811. Or call us at 949-650-9825 to place your order.
- A customer service representative will contact you via email to confirm your order and to varify your logo details.

Step 3: Approve Sample Embroidery Logo Via Email

- Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a scan of your embroidery logo sample via email. Note that we only use approximate colors at this stage to stitch your logo for quality, size and accuracy approval. We will match your logo colors according to your instructions during production. For best color matching results, please provide us Pantone (PMS) matching numbers for the colors in your logo.
- Please email us back with your approval or comments. Your order will be scheduled into production after we received your approval.
- Note that the above servic is free with purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after we have started the logo setup process, a $40 non-refundable service fee will be charged to your credit card.

Step 4: Payment

- After you have approved the sample embroidery logo, your order can no longer be changed. The whole order amount will be charged to your credit card at this point.

Step 5: Production

- It will take between 7 to 10 working days after we receive your logo approval to complete your custom logo order, excluding public holidays.

Step 6: Shipping

- All orders are shipped UPS Ground service. It takes UPS between 3 to 5 working days to reach any destinations within the continental US.
- Orders shipping to APO or PPO addresses are shipped United States Priority Mail with insurance. Please note we can't guarantee delivery lead time with this service, although from our experience, it takes generally 5 to 7 days for the post office to deliver to an APO or PPO address.
